dcmo:pointOfViewAbsoluteName inconsistent with the model's project

In preprod, orgact.+ models stored in org_2 have inconsistent "geo_2" dcmo:pointOfViewAbsoluteName.

To solve it, find and patch or add a check in the server, then patch the import tool if necessary to prevent its wrong use of the Datacore API. Finally, patch the data (these models, others ?) using the Playground or else the mongo shell (set dcmo:pointOfViewAbsoluteName to _b).
