The scope of the library could be revised only to return the greenest region as a string. This could be extracted by the caller via xcom and piped as an input to any other GCP operator.
This would allow dynamic deployment of any GCP resource - not just Cloud Run.
Could leverage https://github.com/mharrisb1/airflow-google-cloud-run-plugin or similar for continued Cloud Run support.
