Published Notes Not Showing on Map Issue

For this issue, there has been a new bug in which when a user shares a new note from their home screen, the new note does not show up on the map. This is an issue because when people publish a note, the note should show on the map in order for other user's of the app to view the notes.

Requirements

1. When a user publishes a new note, the note should be searchable on the map.
