There has been an ongoing bug that has caused issues when people are creating a note. The issue is that when people add enough content to the note, the view of the note shrinks. This shrinkage of the note causes many issues such as people not seeing what they are typing and lack of screen space used on the note view itself. This bug may cause problems for the user's experience on the app and must be fixed as soon as possible.

Requirements

1. When an image is added to the note screen, the scroller remains the same
2. When there is more than a page worth of content, then the scroller must still maintain its functionality
