Add Disable Location Sending Option + Recording Color Scheme

Currently user location is always grabbed and stored within the note. This could be an issue if someone is covering sensitive topics where they may want to publish a note but for reasons do not want to share their specific location. This issue aims to allow the user to not send their location with the note when it is saved in the form of a togglable button. The other part of this issue is to add a small change to make it more clear to the user that they are recording audio.
