Description

How to reproduce

Turn on OpenStreetMap Editing plugin
Open pluginp Settings
Disable Offline editing
Go back to map
Long tap on map – Actions – Create POI
Select POI Category

Actual result

EmptyChangeSet.mov

Empty change set message

Expected result

Adding [poi type].

Environment
OsmAnd Version: 4929
iOS version: 18.2
Device model: iPhone 16 Pro Max

The bug has been reproduced:

Disable Offline Editing in OpenStreetMap Editing settings.
Return to the map, long tap a location → Actions → Create POI.
Select a Category, then a POI Type, and press Upload.

Result: The change set message is empty.
