Finish building Electron to an installable application

Problem

Due to time constraints we weren't able to finish and make the build script for Electron fully functioning. The main issue was the server wasn't spinning up when Electron was opening after installing it so we weren't getting a display.

Solution

Possibly alter the electron.js file or make changes to the webpack.config.js file that are causing these issues while running electron-builder.
