在pilipala中打开优选cdn后可以正常播放视频，但是关闭后无法播放，而在pilipalaX中无论选择哪个cdn都无法正常加载和播放视频，我这一直在使用去广告的dns，知道是有误杀奈何实在抓不到包，求大佬救救

PiliPalaX的CDN线路表来自哔哩漫游，自从上次阿里机房失火事件后，旧线路逐渐失效。

目前我用的最新版本的几乎无法使用任何cdn，要是加回原来的cdn优选就好了。或者加上cdn路线延迟测试
