My question is , is orocos_toolchain maintained properly this days also? And will it be maintained in future also so that people can use it, learn it and develop/contribute it without any doubt? I was learning ros but after i found that ros don't provide hard real time control, i searched another robotic framework for hard real time control of robot joints/actuators and i found orocos at top. But i'm feeling that orocos cummunity is not maintating this great precious project properly this days or maybe busy in somthing else. all the online documentations and webpages are old, neither new users can sign in to orocos forum.

Well, I guess if you want orocos-toolchain to work with Xenomai 3.0, you will have to patch the toolchain on your own. I did manage to successfully build orcocos-toolchain 2.7 with Xenomai 3.0 but the OCL Deployer caused system hang the moment I started it. If you are interested I can help you with the patching. I followed some old patch on the forum and added a couple lines here and there to make it suitable for the newer version.
Ps: The toolchain was compiled on raspberry pi 3. I think it could work on amd64 or x86 architecture or you can just switch to xenomai 2.x.
