FSM Issue - Trip number and Vehicle Capacity page giving error

Location of issue:
Issue is coming when we open the following page: https://upyog.velsof.com/digit-ui/citizen/fsm/new-application/select-trip-number

How to replicate:

1. Login as a Citizen (Phone: 9999999999, OTP: 123456)
2. Click on Apply for Emptying of Septic Tank
