Guiding Board

Hey everyone,

I'm looking at a general board to guide the Test Kitchen project over the next year. I'm interested in parties that are not just Progress Chef employees, but also people from projects such as Ansible, Puppet and Terraform. We have plugins for all of these provisioners and everyone should get a say.

What I'd like to hear from people is:

• How many members should the steering group have
• What do we do with old maintainers? (@test-kitchen/org-wide-maintainers ) Myself included!
