Why am I keep on having this issue "Database error saving new user"

I'm having issues when trying to sign-up new user to the system.
I am using bolt.new and supabase. Bolt can't fix the issue, same error persists.

You most likely have a trigger on your auth.users table you added to create a profile or public users table and it is failing.
Check the dashboard Postgres log for the error.
