Feature Request: Alphabetical Start Menu Applet

the original start menu but instead of having categories, "Accessories", "Games", "Graphics", etc., just simply sort them in individual alphabet folders: "0-9", "A", "B", "C", etc.

it just currently takes too long for me to mousewheel through the "All Applications" and the current categories are honestly not good imo

Wrong, it will also list apps with names/descriptions containing A.

Then that is completely unrelated to the problem discussed here. Switching to a third-party applet is a workaround, not a solution.
