Adjust Copy operation settings BEFORE starting the copying process

If you want to copy files to a place where there are already other files and folders you will have to wait until you hit an already available folder or file and only then you can decide if you want to integrate files into them or replace files. Why not tell that just at the beginning of the copy operation?
