Hiddify on Oracle cloud

After deploying to an Oracle cloud server, after 30 minutes nothing happens. The page is unavailable. (resources are free).

I tried several times to create new instances by deleting old instances, but the problem is still the same.

If I ssh to the server, Hiddify panel is installed and active. How to fix it?
