This version fixes some annoying bugs related to templates and a few architectural enhancements.

🪳 Bugfixes:

• Fixes an issue that prevents templates and reports from loading if a team or assessment type is deleted.
• Fixes issues that prevented deleting the assessment type.

🚀 Feature Enhancements:

• Templates are now stored in the database instead of the file system. We are working to remove all dependencies on the application needing to read/write files or configs on the file system.
• Some initial setup tasks are now run in a background thread to prevent the application from lagging when initial setup information is submitted.
