Is there a way to change the border color of the tabs in Visual Studio?
In the picture we can see that the tabs (windows) are "highlighted" and look like I am using the high contrast theme (which I don't).
Is there a way to modify this in Visual Studio or maybe to tweak the vsix package a little bit and publish it locally?

Is there a way to change the border color of the tabs in Visual Studio?
