After Upgrade postgresql 15->16 error restore dump

I created a dump of the DB (->Tools->Backup). Then the upgrade postgresql 15->16 was carried out. When I try to restore the DB dump I get the following error message:

I try this in pgAdmin 4 and the error: pg_restore: error: input file appears to be a text format dump. Please use psql.
