Support for ed(1) scripts

So I'm using ed(1) (UNIX standard text editor) a lot for text-processing scripts. Including compilers like modal.ed. And one annoyance that I noticed is that GitHub

• Neither lists ed as the language used in the repository, using "shell" instead.
• Nor highlights the ed syntax in .ed files.

Thus my suggestions:

• Recognize ed scripts by conventional .ed extension and list them in project-global code distribution ruler.
• And enable ed syntax highlighting.
  • Should be fairly easy, given that there already is syntax highlighting for sed(1).
