First payout

I received a one-time sponsorship a while ago. I can see the money in Stripe Connect as 'Available to pay out,' but I can't find any option to transfer it to my bank account. Could anyone help with this?

First check if you have set a payout schedule, so you go to Settings > Bank accounts and scheduling. and ensure the payout schedule is set to manual (if I recall correctly)

Then you can initiate a manual payout anytime you want by going to Balance from the dashboard and click onPayout Funds (again the wording by be a bit different, I don't recall 100%)

Unfortunately I can't find this setting, neither on Github Sponsor nor Stripe.

Very bad experience, Can anyone help, I need to make a Payout.
