Audio codec, inputs and outputs

An idea floating around is to make the badge have useful audio capabilities by including a full codec chip with input and output.
This allows it to be used as a multimedia hub after the event, playing, routing, streaming, and recording audio.

Chip evaluation in progress, but the idea is a chip that includes analogue in and out, as well as i2S.
We also need a chip capable of driving line level as well as earphone and speaker outputs.
Ideally it should be capable of taking mic and line level inputs too.
Such chips can be expensive, but fortunately there are still reasonable options.

On the badge itself, the little speaker and a line/phones output jack.
Also an input jack for line or mic. If this is expensive on the BoM, at least put the pads there even if not fitted.
