1. run a headless anytype with the https://github.com/anyproto/anytype-heart/tree/main/cmd/grpcserver, use WalletRecover with the mnemonic, then get token with WalletCreateSession

2. call ObjectListExport to backup, it's same with the Export Space in the anytype desktop APP

There're a lot of APIs you can call, I suggest to find them here, also you can use the grpcurl describe.
