Development - Update Donate Page CTA Links

User Story
AS a Orcahome user, I WANT to to be able to select either the Open Collective or GitHub Sponsorship link to donate to Orcasound when I select the “Donate” CTA, SO THAT I can support Orcasound by donating.

Description
The intent of this story is to implement the finalized UI design of a dialog modal from the Orcasound UX/UI design team for the website redesign in release 1.

Notes:

• Emulate a modal dialog view in an example here
• Use Material UI for the styling
• The design solution is located below the 'Donate Page' section of the Orcahome Dev Design Fgima File.

Acceptance Criteria
GIVEN I I open the Orcasound Donate Page, WHEN I click the ‘Donate’ button, THEN I see a UI that matches the attached design of a dialog overlay on the Donate page.
