This is also a bit of an outdated mess. There are about 3 different "about" pages.

I'd move the "how to contribute" section out of here and give it much more prominence — including the content of our recent blog post on the importance of contacting us ASAP in the planning process.

The section on "standards" should probably also go somewhere else too. Most of it belongs with the top-level section on "Converting ATF" (which postdates this content)
