Generate LaTeX from NML Files

I'd like to be able to see exactly what equations are being simulated for the ion channel models. This will ultimately prove helpful in debugging simulation output and generally navigating the simulation.

One way to accomplish this would be to produce LaTeX output from NML files. Should be straightforward to do once we've curated all of the models for each ion channel.
