Remove the separation of AIP 1.0 & 2.0 in AATH tests

Versions of AIP is becoming less important to the community. More important is what protocol is supported by what framework. Remove the concept of API 1.0 and AIP 2.0 in the test documentation, test definitions including tags in feature files, and in test code and backchannel code.
