It is also not on https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Lacking_proper_attribution or https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Lacking_proper_attribution/Fixed

It was blocked by tile.openstreetmap.org code awhile back, likely out of date now.
