How to use as data layer

Hi @jfirebaugh, great plugin and I've been able to use Overpass API queries as the url in order to effectively draw out defined OSM ways and nodes based on their tags.

I'm a bit of a Leaflet novice, but I've been using GeoJSON files (e.g. by converting an OSM query into GeoJSON via Overpass Turbo) and then that has allowed me to style and bind popups to individual features using L.geoJson options. Do you know if this is possible using the osm/xml vector data I'm importing as a layer using the plugin?
