Bug in submit workflow

Hi,
Bit frustrated - trying to contribute spending fact about research
spending on TB in India. Get as far as 'submit' and then nothing
happens, it does not appear to get submitted. Please can you put this
right as it could be a very valuable tool for health advocates such as

Hi,

First,thank you for the report.

When you are on the last submission step, is the "submit" button clickable ?
In other words, is it in the same red color than the previous "continue" button ?

Because we don't show all the error messages on the contribution form yet but if for instance you didn't put a valid URL for the source (http://....), you will not be allowed to submit the form.
