According to our meeting last week, the AZ compounds and others sent alongside were having technical/instrumental issues in obtaining assay data. So, in case we forgot where we are and what we want in the future, here is a spreadsheet which includes the data we have (Green), the data we need/awaiting (Amber) and the data we don't need (Red) for AZ series (WYH compounds).
According to the latest SPR and Inhibition data, we can see the chance that the AZ5595 (WYH25-1-P) and its isomer (WYH17-12-P as well as WYH9-3-P (AZcmpd4) have a multi-targeting potential once modified properly. .
Sadly, we did not manage to spot the multi-targeting potential from the amino-derivative of AZ5595 (WYH22-3-P).
Addionally, none of the structures have managed to tacle the efflux issue.
Hi OSA team,

Please correct me if there is anything wrong here.
Many thanks,
Yuhang
