[Moco] Add 3D walking tracking and predictive simulation examples

Add examples under example3DWalking folder that demonstrate how to create simulations with foot-ground contact models. Show how to build up a dynamically-consistent initial guess that produces realistic forces; use the tracking example as an initial guess for the predictive simulation example.
