Are libraries tied to geographical areas in a meaningful way? Like, is there an axis along which you'd ask, "which library belongs to my address," and get more info than you would from Google Maps?

I guess I'm asking if this is in scope. I'd ask the same questions about hospitals, too, which made it into the app.
