Nomination of @cpmeister

Dear @openhab/add-ons-maintainers,

I would like to suggest a new member to the maintainer team and thus nominate @cpmeister.
I have to say that I am very impressed by his great work on the reactivation of the bluetooth binding, his pro-active and well-structured approach and his help on reviews like this one.
Connor is pretty new to our community, but he seems to have dived into the openHAB concepts and codebase in record time and I thus think that he'd be a wonderful addition to our team.
