Error installing oe_theme 3.x on Drupal 9

I get the following error when I try to install the 3.x version of oe_theme according the documentation:

I am using:

• Drupal 9.4
• Composer 2.4.4
• PHP 8.1

I've configured my composer JSON with these dependencies because the only one supported by PHP 8
openeuropa/composer-artifacts:1.0.0-alpha1
openeuropa/oe_theme:3.0.0-beta18.

Alternatively, I installed manually the oe_theme (not using composer), and not working nether (I got the same error than the mate mentioned above)

Enabling oe_theme_helper crashes the installation too.

I'm getting the same error:

• Drupal 9.5.1
• Php 8.1
• Composer 2.5.1

Edit: just noticed it happens with any version of oe_theme >= 3.0.0-beta18

Found out the issue is related to openeuropa/composer-artifacts, using the dev-master branch fixed it:

composer require openeuropa/composer-artifacts:dev-master

Thank you @mecmartini , can confirm that I was seeing the error mentioned initially, which has since gone away when using the dev-master branch.
