1. What is causing sync issues in current version of the ETH node (3.0.0+), what is the sync fix delivery timeline?
2. Are there any plans to fix performance issues during sync operations (a - very high CPU load and disk I/O with or without warp during sync operations. b - HDD detection is not working in case of Docker container, it has to be specified manually...)?
3. When do you expect for operational manuals, best practices, troubleshooting and knowledge base materials to be published?
4. What plans do you have with prof of ownership (if any)?

1. We think those issues are fixed in our release candidate: https://github.com/openethereum/openethereum/issues/11881
2. We don't have enough resources for the moment.
3. @rakita has been working on new resources on our wiki https://openethereum.github.io/wiki/
4. No plans so far.
