avrdude-rpi is not updated #158

My version of avrdude-rpi had not been updated as part of the update process.

I can see where it is installed, but not that it is then updated at any point.

if [ ! -d $openenergymonitor_dir/avrdude-rpi ]; then

It also does not appear in the list of components in emoncms Admin page.
