Error in Oswego 2016 U.S. House 24 general election results

There's a math error in the 2016 Oswego County, NY precinct-level election results/2016 Rep in congress 24nd.xls file.

While the total for Colleen Deacon - DEM is correct, the others are incorrect. For example, the Colleen Deacon - WOR column shows 755+38+11+2=793 but it actually equals 806. Looks like the Total afdt and Total spFed values have been left out.

The values from the Total afdt and Total spFed are also missing in the column totals for all other candidates:

• Total votes for Colleen Deacon - WOR should be 806
• Total votes for John M. Katko - REP should be 15,191
• Total votes for John M. Katko - CON should be 1,992
• Total votes for John M. Katko - IND should be 1,173
• Total votes forJohn M. Katko - REF should be 120

That means the total votes for candidate should be as follows:

• Colleen Deacon: 9,325
• John M. Katko: 18,476

The 20161108__ny__general__oswego__precinct.csv file has the correct totals.
