Error in Oswego 2016 U.S. House 22 general election results

There's a math error in the 2016 Oswego County, NY precinct-level election results/2016 Rep in congress 22nd.xls file.

While the total for Kim A. Myers - DEM is correct, the others are incorrect. For example, the Kim A. Myers - WOR column shows 747+37+11+1=784 but it actually equals 796. Looks like the Total afdt and Total spFed values have been left out.

The values from the Total afdt and Total spFed are also missing in the column totals for all other candidates:

• Total votes for Kim A. Myers - WOR should be 796
• Total votes for Claudia Tenney - REP should be 9,034
• Total votes for Claudia Tenney - CON should be 1,333
• Total votes for Martin Babinec - REF should be 985
• Total votes for Martin Babinec - UJP should be 461

That means the total votes for candidate should be as follows:

• Kim A. Myers: 5,771
• Claudia Tenney: 10,367
• Martin Babinec: 1,446

The 20161108__ny__general__oswego__precinct.csv file has the correct totals.
