Rename component within unit

Support renaming components from title (hover to rename components)

Spec

• On hover, show hover-styled rename icon next to title
• On click, enter renaming-component state (title appears in text box, replacing non-editable title in-place)
• ESC exists renaming-component state with no change
• Enter confirms new component name and exists renaming-component state

In Scope

• Modifying component titles within unit full-page view to allow inline renaming

Not in scope

• Renaming from sidebar because this should already be supported when a component is selected, falls under Unit full-page view (barebones) #1609
• Renaming unit itself (Rename unit #1624 )
• Direct click to rename component from library browse experience / cards (not planned)
