Authors have the ability to create single "Problems" with single "Questions" as well as single Problems with multiple Questions. The intention was to allow authors to create multi-step assessments. However, authors have also used this feature to create "quizzes" that contain multiple question with a single submit button. However, this can lead to very poor accessibility as well as poor usability, especially when feedback and hints are available.
Create examples of these authoring practices for testing and demonstration purposes.
