[Feature] Adding checkpoint for SlowOnly pretrained on Kinetics 400 optical flow

What is the problem this feature will solve?

I would like to fine tune SlowOnly R50 on a custom dataset from which the optical flow was extracted. The SlowOnly config folder contains different config files and checkpoints, including a config file to support training on optical flow, however its checkpoint is missing.

What is the feature?

Could you please add a model checkpoint for the config file slowonly_r50_8xb16-16x4x1-256e_kinetics400-flow.py, that is a pretrained model on K400's optical flow?
