Make domain name registration more robust to renewal

Issues:

• No notification for the upcoming expiry
• No autorenewal
• No shared access to the credit card used?
• Confusion between team and personal accounts

Mitigations:

• Create team emails, remove personal emails for every service
• Create team accounts and close/disable personal accounts for every service
• Document credentials and accounts for every service
• Set fallback emails on a different account for every service where possible
• Setup and ensure auto-renew is working
• Use the company card for renewal of these services
• Evaluate moving to another DNS service

I would say that the item with the highest priority here is to fix our domain name registration so that it's part of a shared account.

We have moved the nameserver management under AWS and we should move into that also the registration. The only issue is that AWS doesn't support .nu, so that's going to have to stay under namecheap for the moment.

Our domains expire March 19th, so we have about 2 months to come up with a good plan for that.
