Given the support provided with #2629 Python exploiters now need the PyRuntimeC shared library in addition to the newly added PyRuntime.py file. It would be desirable to produce an installable archive to easily install all of the parts necessary to utilize ONNX-MLIR in python.
On a related note, would it be possible to have a module name associated with this so it would not have to reside in the same folder as the initiating python script?
