Hi!

For example if we run python3.8 starklings.py --help it takes about 5 seconds.

@Codiumdium is this still valid? We don't face the issue on our side, I don't know how to reproduce :/
Is this happening every time? Or only the first run?

Yes this is still valid. I did a new installation from scratch. I tested it with the main branch in the development and production environments.
