Implement embedding for text files with prefix-based comments

See #199 for more detail. The basic idea here will be to use the target type inference data produced by the code in #200, and then perform the modification using the inferred prefix string. The OmniBOR specification includes a description of how text-based embedding should be done, and that should be followed for this.
