Line 8 in the Dockerfile is not working, the geolite is legacy now and not available.

Thanks for letting us know, if you find a workaround please let us know, or open a PR. In the meantime our last built Docker image is still available on Hub: https://hub.docker.com/r/openmicroscopy/awstats.

Same still holds: we are no longer actively using this Dockerfile though we assume the existing built images on Docker Hub will still work.
