Love this project! Excellent work, thanks for sharing!

I am using this by pulling from DockerHub and it works great running AWStats 7.7 from 2018.

Any plans to run a build/push for newer versions of AWStats? 7.9 is now out.

In any case, thanks for sharing your work!

I should add that I'd be happy to help with the upgrade, if there's interest in pushing a newer Docker image.

Hi @mkasberg! Thanks for the enthusiastic feedback. Always very appreciated.

Any plans to run a build/push for newer versions of AWStats? 7.9 is now out.

At the moment, we don't have any drivers for upgrading, other than perhaps the EOL of CentOS 7.

I should add that I'd be happy to help with the upgrade, if there's interest in pushing a newer Docker image.

Thanks for the offer. What OS would you think to move to? We've been upgrading other images to Rocky Linux 9.

Rocky Linux 9 seems reasonable to me...

I looked into this a bit, and it's more complicated than I initially realized... The legacy GeoLite GeoIP database isn't available for download anymore, and while there are some possible migration paths to GeoLite2 it's not trivial. This might be more than I want to bite off right now since, as you've pointed out, the existing Docker image basically works fine.

Very understandable, @mkasberg. If anything changes, just let us know.
