Samsung produce a TV (Sero) that has a rotate function (TV physically can be in landscape or portrait mode).
There is a dedicated key available on the Bluetooth remote to rotate the TV. It would be amazing if Home Assistant could activate this as there is no way to set the TV to switch mode on power up (crazy).
It is available as a bixby command (Horizontal Mode) and also the SmartThings app, so I know there is a way of sending this via the network to the TV. Here's a link to Samsung explaining the TV operation and how to rotate:
