Rename /buttons/ to /badges/ #74

What: rename buttons to badges both in url and in content of page.

Why: "Badges" are a more appropriate term of art (at least today) than "buttons" i think.

Not clear to me, I've only heard in context described in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_badge but I don't particularly care.

OK, sounds like we have consensus. Let's do it - with redirects in standard jekyll way. Anyone up for implementing?
