Decide on port disruption metric / map between port freight and economic sectors #11

There are 22 freight types -- but each has multiple additional classifications.

Need to determine what fields are used for disruption statistics:

  • 'Domestic' and 'Foreign' or TOTAL
  • 'Incoming' and 'Outgoing' or TOTAL
  • 'Number of Units' or 'Gross Weight'
